If there are any defects with your item within the first 30 days, we will process a full refund for your purchase and provide a return shipping label free of charge. For issues not relating to any defects within 30 days, we can still process a full refund but the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds process within 3 days after the item is returned to our warehouse.
After the 30 day period, if there are any issues with your item, your item will be covered under parts and repair warranty. For more information about the warranty, please check out our warranty page.
